Retailer listing terms

These terms apply when you ask for your store to be listed on Boosterhound (boosterhound.com). By submitting the application form you confirm you've read and accept them.

What we do

• We list products from your public website on Boosterhound, with your prices and stock levels, and link shoppers to your product pages. Sales, payment, delivery and customer service stay entirely with you.
• To keep listings current we read your public product pages and product feeds on a schedule, at a polite rate. If our checking ever causes you a problem, tell us and we'll adjust it.
• We may use product names, prices, stock and images from your public listings to show your offers. Product images may be shown in a cleaned-up, standardised form.
• Listing is free. We don't charge you any fees to be listed, and joining an affiliate programme is not required.
• If you run an affiliate programme and we join it, links to your store may carry an affiliate tag, and you pay us commission on referred sales under that programme's own terms. That's the only way we earn from your store, and it's your choice.
• We decide how listings are ranked and displayed. Listing doesn't guarantee any amount of traffic or sales.

What you confirm

• You're authorised to act for the store you've named.
• The information you give us is accurate, including any discount code you ask us to show, and you'll honour that code for Boosterhound shoppers while it's listed (or tell us when it changes or ends).
• Your listings are for genuine products you sell.

Changes, removal and verification

• You can ask us to change or remove your listing at any time by emailing [email protected], and we'll act on it promptly.
• We may decline an application, or pause or remove a listing, for example if prices or stock can't be read reliably, or if products appear to be counterfeit or misdescribed.
• For requests that change how we treat your store (for example how often we check your site), we'll only act on instructions from a verified contact for that store.

Your contact details

• We store the contact email and details you submit to manage your listing and contact you about it.
• If you tick the updates box, we'll also send occasional retailer updates (new brands and sets, features). Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time.
• We don't sell your details. See our privacy policy for more.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version date above shows the current version; if a change materially affects you we'll let you know by email.
